Audio Atrocities™ : Granstream Saga · THQ · Playstation · 1998
Considering that this team was involved in creating a game like Actraiser, this should have turned out better. It's a weird 3D RPG where the people have no faces, but that unintentionally fits in pretty nicely with the fact that most of the actors voicing it have no talent. The male actors are generally overacting, and the female actors are just plain bad. Oh well, at least they didn't ruin a great game. It's just a mediocre Japanese game made worse with crappy dubbing...par for the course, really.

The game does feature animations with bad acting, but I pulled these examples from the dialogue you would hear in-game.

Exhibit A: No, stop, stop please! I've heard enough!
Somehow a clip from the casting session made it into the game. This is the part where the actress begged not to have to hear any more crappy dialogue, but was forced to sear it into her unconscious and remember it ALL. This incident makes a strong case for extending the No means no! policy to cover sickos that rape our ears.

Exhibit B: ...Princess Elomera...I've read about her in Mao-oh mythology.
Really? It sounds like the actress is reading about this line for the first time right here. The halting delivery is a dead giveaway.

Exhibit C: Laramee, today you have become a Desbat pirate.
Talk about a dumb bit of dialogue with a dorky pirate name! When is anyone going to take a Desbat pirate seriously? Oh no! Run, we're being invaded by Desbats! Talk about ridiculous. Stupid dialogue, delivered badly.

The Rest:
Haven't had enough? Here's some additional clips for your amusement:
